At L'OBJET, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase of our handcrafted home collections. If you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original luxury gift boxes and protective shipping cartons to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
